The hotel is clean and modern.
Too little of public transport nearby, although not far from the tram stop, but only two trams go.. so if you have time and like walking in the centre it is a good place for you.
This hotel was good, Its was clean, quiet and personal were very nice.
Three night stay for myself and adult daughter. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel about 15 minutes from Amsterdam Railway Station but No. 4 & 25 trams stop less than 1 minute walk away. Also on canal with Hop on Hop Off Canal boat stop nearby. Rooms clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities in room.
The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the various attractions and how to get there. It was nice being a little distance from the city centre and we found some very good restaurants.
Good price for Amsterdam, good location and nice view from the room, decent breakfast.
Noisy from traffic, smell of marijuana coming from other rooms, loud guests and no ironing boards available.
Location is not far from the city center by tram, staff are helpful and professional, clean room, free internet, nice TV channels
Rate I think is too high for a 3 stars hotel, rooms are too tidy
The staff was great and super helpful, the breakfast is very good, They kept my bags for no extra charge on the day I arrived and also on the day I left.
The room was very small and the furniture a little shabby.
Friendly stuff. Good location (6 minutes from metro, 1 minute from tram or 25 minute walk from Dam square). Very clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast (not with so many choices but ok nevertheless). In total it was value for money and I would stay there again.
Safety box was not working, but the receptionist offered to change my room. In the new room however TV wan not working!!! There was no iron in the room, even though there was mentioned one in the room description. Very thin walls. Fire alarm went on two night in a row because someone decided to smoke in his room.
The hotel is just a few steps away from the tram station, and 10 minutes walking from Van Gogh Museum and National Museum.:-)
The elevator is pretty noicy.
excellent room, clean, very good breakfast choice, would recommend this hotel
The hotel is situated near to most of the tourist destinations. The room is fine. but the elevator is crickety.
initial room offered stunk so once we complained to the receptionist we were moved into a much better room. They must have known it stunk as they never even checked the room just gave us another key.
original booking was not what we ended up with
Location for what we needed and integrated parking as Amsterdam is a nightmare to park for both places and cost. Rooms clean and newly renovated.
Room did smell of smoke and i'm a none smoker
Great location, tram stop just across the road. Not too far from Dam, not within walking distance but dead easy to jump on tram to get there and back. Rooms were spotless, reception staff v friendly and brekkie was quite good for continental.
Room was very overpriced (£160 per night) although we left it dead late to book. If you can get a reasonable price for this hotel it's an adeal little hotel for a city break.
The staff were always friendly and helpful and the breakfast facilities were very good.
